I forgot to download the e-books I bought, and now the link is inactive. What do I do? 1. What is an e-book? An e-book is an electronic version of a hard-copy book. There are various e-book formats that authors use. Gary Ewer uses the very common PDF format, which allows the e-book to be read using the free Adobe Reader program. (Get Adobe reader by visiting http://www.adobe.com) An e-book is convenient because it's always there on your computer, you can transport it to another computer, you can read it from your computer or print a hard copy of various chapters or the whole document for yourself. It's also very easy to search the document to find the exact portions you want. 2. How quickly do I receive my e-books once I've made my purchase? Within seconds! Once the purchase has been made, an email is sent automatically with the download links and passwords you need. You will be downloading the e-books moments after buying. 3. I didn't receive my email with the download information. What happened? Sometimes, an over-zealous spam filter will send the purchaser's email to the bulk or trash email. So if you don't receive your email with the download information within a minute or two, check there. To be sure, set your email's spam filter to allow email from: sales@secretsofsongwriting.com If you don't find the purchaser' email anywhere, simply write info@pantomimemusic.com, and an email will be sent to you with the information. There is no risk: we PROMISE you will get what you paid for! 4. Are your e-books guaranteed? Yes! Gary has no interest in selling things to people if it's not what they're looking for. Any purchase you make is fully refundable. (He's never been asked for a refund... We think that his suite of e-books will get you writing the songs you've always wanted to write.) 5. Are your e-books available in hard copy? No, but all e-books are printable on any standard home computer printer. 6. Can I print the e-books I buy? Yes, we encourage it. Print up whichever chapters you're working on. You'll find the Lessons particularly useful if you print them up and work on the exercises away from your computer. 7. I've lost my copy of the e-books I bought. What do I do? No worries! Just write info@pantomimemusic.com and give them the date or transaction ID of your purchase. They'll send you a new download link right away. 8. I forgot to download the e-books I bought, and now the link is inactive. What do I do? The download link is active for only a short time, usually 48 hours, so if you forget to download, or simply can't download your purchased e-books right away, just write our office (info@pantomimemusic.com), give the date or transaction ID of your purchase, and a new purchaser's email will be sent to you right away. |
